WOOD CHISELS
For such a simple tool, a wood chisel can do a lot of complex jobs: cut mortises for hinges that will hang a new cabinet door; chop a notch in a 2x4 to make way for a new water pipe; square up the round corners of a routed slot or drilled hole; or carve out and trim wood joints for fine furniture.
